South-Estonian Dog Centre is an non-government organisation created in autumn of the year 1998 with the purpose to unite all the active dog breeders in the southern regions of Estonia. It was created after the conclusion that a lot of the breed clubs are located in Tallinn and there was no club in South-Estonia where all the breeds were represented.

Everybody who would like to talk about the joys and problems in dog breeding, also about their experiences and are willing to share it with others, are welcome. We have contacts to many breeding societies and other member organizations of the Estonian Kennel Union.

LEKK has a board of 3 members to deal with everyday work and activity
